Press Preview: Vinyl Factory, Soho London
A second Press Preview event developed for the boutique fashion PR agency
IPR and their growing client base. Working
on both the design and execution/implementation of their SS10 press
day, it was crucial to ensure that all eighteen brands represented
by IPR sat comfortably in one space, enveloped with the same design
concept whilst still retaining their own distinctive flair. Utilising
the Vinyl Factory, (an underground warehouse space in Soho) we created
a minimal modern collective.
An eclectic mix of vintage mannequins
was used to showcase the best pieces of each collection. Simple floor
signage and bespoke studio lighting enhanced the atmosphere. The rest
of the space was styled using a selection of beautiful vintage and
industrial furniture. The priority was to ensure a flowing aesthetic,
ensuring press walked through the space paying careful attention to
every piece.
Designers featured included denim brand of the moment PRPS, Martyn
Bal, Prism Eyewear, Julian J Smith and Eudon Choi
“Johnny Buttons consistently do a great job, every detail
is considered and we are always very happy with the results.”
Graeme Gaughan, PR Director, IPR
